These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 5z555 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your use of the website located at https://5z555.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities and support channels (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, accessing the website, placing a wager, making a deposit or otherwise using any feature of 5z555, you unambiguously confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are at least 21 years of age; (c) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; and (d) your use of the Services is personal and recreational in nature.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements between you and 5z555 relating to the subject matter herein. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 12 below. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any Services on 5z555. This requirement is strictly enforced. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in account suspension pending verification, or permanent closure if proof cannot be established.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 5z555 platform is operated primarily for the Bangladesh market and is available to residents of Bangladesh who meet all eligibility requirements set out in these Terms. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of online gaming or betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 5z555 makes no representation that access to the Services is legal in all locations.

2.3 Registration Information

When registering an account you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, valid mobile number and a valid email address. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on 5z555 at any time. If we detect duplicate accounts linked to the same person by any means (device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, identity documents, or other signals), all duplicate accounts and any associated balances or winnings may be voided without notice. The first registered account may be reinstated at our sole discretion following identity verification.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

5z555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process consistent with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other documentation at registration or before processing a withdrawal. Accounts that cannot be verified to our satisfaction may be restricted or closed, and unverified balances may be held pending resolution.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 5z555 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number to protect your account. 5z555 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat or social media.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify 5z555 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials. We will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but we accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report the breach promptly.

3.3 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 5z555 customer support. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions have been met. Pending bonus funds that have not reached the required wagering threshold will be forfeited upon account closure.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 5z555 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5z555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion costs are the user's responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Individual payment method maximums apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set per payment method and communicated within the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are typically credited to your 5z555 account within seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take up to 30 minutes. 5z555 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which 5z555 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 5z555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

4.5 Withdrawals and Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits are withdrawable at any time, subject to standard processing conditions, unless specifically restricted by an applicable promotion's terms.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

5z555 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. We reserve the right to freeze accounts, reverse transactions and report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities where we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crime. The use of 5z555 for any money laundering purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and referral to law enforcement.

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

Promotional offers available on 5z555, including the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions, are available only to eligible registered users. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit requirements, game restrictions, time limits and wagering requirements. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or combined deposit-plus-bonus amount as specified per offer. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided and the account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses and associated free spins expire within the time period stated on the individual offer page, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. 5z555 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 5z555, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC events), football, ice hockey, kabaddi and other markets, are subject to the specific betting rules for each sport as published in the Help section of the platform. 5z555 reserves the right to void, suspend or amend bets in the event of: match abandonment, postponement of more than 12 hours, verified corruption or match-fixing, data feed errors, or pricing errors that were clearly incorrect at the time of placement.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes on 5z555 are produced by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. 5z555 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes. 6.3 Bet Acceptance

6.4 Dispute Resolution for Games and Bets

Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed. 5z555 will investigate all disputes and provide a written response within 10 business days. The decision of 5z555 following investigation shall be final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 5z555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games or any other multiplayer environment.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical glitches or promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other form of financial crime.

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

5z555 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the 5z555 website, providing at least 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by 5z555

5z555 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; we are required to do so by law or regulatory direction; or the commercial or operational circumstances of the platform change in a way that makes continued provision of the Services to your account impractical. Where an account is terminated without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. 12.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5z555 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
